 Includes 7–10 high-resolution aerial photos, basic color correction, and 24-hour turnaround for standard residential listings. Optional recurring agent partner rate may be offered at $150 when appropriate

Includes 12–15 aerial photos plus a 30–60 second edited exterior highlight video with licensed background music. Premium, waterfront, luxury, or larger listings may be quoted at $400–$500.

Suitable for retail properties, hotels, investment properties, land parcels, and development sites. Includes aerial photos, edited marketing video options, and basic site/context visuals. Larger or complex commercial projects are custom quoted.

$200 per hour standard rate, with a 2-hour minimum. Range may vary from $150–$250 per hour depending on scope, editing, location, and deliverables.

Packages with edited highlight video, longer on-site time, or expanded deliverables could bequoted at a range of $350–$500. *Applies to off base locations, drones are not allowed on base. 

Includes high-resolution RGB imagery of roof slopes and visible anomalies, with a basic PDF-style summary when requested.

Dependant on square footage, building count, access, roof type, and reporting requirements. Large commercial roofs will be custom quoted.

Small to mid-size projects. Large commercial or complex thermal projects will be custom quoted.

Radiometric thermal or technical inspection work, or $1,500+ per project for larger systems, commercial sites, or solar farm work. 

$5–$15 per acre for basic site documentation. Professional, GCP-assisted, RTK, or engineer-facing mapping options are custom quoted and may require a higher minimum fee.

Subject to site complexity, processing requirements, file formats, and turnaround time.

Per standard visit. Advanced reporting, stockpile volumes, recurring orthomosaics, annotated reports, or multi-location visits may range from $850–$1,500+ per visit.

Custom quote, typically starting at $1,500+ when accuracy requirements, contours, point clouds, GCPs, RTK, or licensed surveyor coordination are involved.

2-hour minimum for basic photo/video work and flexible custom assignments.

For data-heavy work, thermal collection, specialized reporting, or advanced inspection deliverables

Up to 4 hours, suitable for multi-location real estate, small commercial shoots, or extended event coverage.

Up to 8 hours, suitable for large mapping missions, commercial campaigns, construction documentation, or technical inspection work.

• Airspace & LAANC Restrictions: Routine airspace review and authorization coordination are included when available. Complex FAA waiver requests, military-area coordination, restricted-zone delays, or special administrative requirements may incur a $75–$150 processing fee.

• NDAA Compliance: If an NDAA-compliant aircraft platform is required for government, defense-adjacent, or contractor work, equipment availability and pricing will be confirmed before scheduling.

• Travel Fees: All packages include travel within 45 miles of Jacksonville, NC. Travel beyond this radius is billed at $0.75 per mile unless otherwise agreed in writing.
